Ist es möglich, Google Drive-Uploads in den Standardplan zu integrieren?

Hi there.

Our team is planning to use the Discourse Standard Plan and host our forum on the web provided by Discourse.
I have a question. The Standard Plan includes 20GB of storage.

Since we are a game company and expect heavy usage of videos and images, we want to create a custom upload box that connects to our company’s Google Drive.
The idea is: when users create a post and upload a video, the file will be uploaded directly to Google Drive, and only the link is shared in the forum post.

Is this possible with the Standard Plan?

There is no functionality for that, and Google Drive isn’t really meant to be used that way either.

But you can use Google Cloud Storage for this.

thank you.
Is it possible to standard plan?

No, upload storage is pre-configured on discourse.org plans.

To avoid storage limits it would be best to have visitors post videos on external services like youtube or vimeo and post the links to Discourse, where they’ll be automatically embedded.
