He pasado la mañana probando varios softwares de chat en vivo, incluido HelpScout y Chatra, y no consigo que el chat en vivo funcione con Discourse.
Tengo los siguientes hilos, pero sigo perdido.

P.D. Preferiría usar Help Scout o Chatra si es posible, ya que es la plataforma que estoy utilizando actualmente, pero podría considerar otras como último recurso. Gracias.
