Any there any Live Chat plug-ins/apps that work with Discourse, such as Olark or Pure Chat, that anyone can recommend please?

What did you use to integrate it into Discourse?
Tried https://purechat.com/ and https://www.zendesk.com/chat. Both work great, but I’m testing Zendesk more long-term as I like the features more.
For Pure Chat, where did you wind up putting the HTML? Tried adding it to a theme/creating a new component without any luck.

I placed the PureChat HTML code at the very end of the Discourse code, after the last tag.

For the Zendesk chat widget, the code has to go into the tag.
Interesting - regardless of whether I put the code in </head>, </header>, After Header, </body>, or Footer in Common, Desktop, or Mobile (tried 'em all just in case) nothing shows up, very odd.
Maybe due to having less backend access as a paid [Discourse] user?

Como se mencionó anteriormente, instalé Pure Chat sin problemas hace un tiempo. Sin embargo, después de algunas actualizaciones de Discourse, ya no puedo hacerlo funcionar.

Christian, descubrí que simplemente desactivaste la [content security policy script src] en la configuración, pero eso es muy peligroso. Ahora he encontrado la forma de activar la CSP manteniendo el script de PureChat funcionando.
Genial. Lo estoy probando ahora. De todos modos, tengo esa opción desmarcada para permitir que AdSense muestre anuncios.

Lo que me resulta interesante es que, al menos para quienes usarían el chat de manera similar a zulipchat.com, básicamente pueden usar Discourse tal como está, ya que se actualiza automáticamente a medida que las personas publican mensajes.
