Is there a way to filter serach results based on Voting?

Is there a way to filter search results in a category by number of votes and date. Trying to clean up a feature request category that has thousands of topics.

Just looking for feature request best practices, or seeing what items are a year old that have no votes etc..

We already had order:votes in the /filter route.

This PR will tidy this up a bit more and give a few more hints:

Particularly:

  1. order:votes will only include votable categories
  2. votes-min:... and votes-max:... can be used to bracket the results
