Can anyone explain why a topic I closed and pinned is showing as having 2 replies, even though there are no actual replies?

I believe actions like these (closing, unlisting etc) are counted as posts.

yes exactly what @NateDhaliwal said - the small post actions (see the closing and pinning action posts) are counted as actual posts.

There is a feature request about this, and I believe some code to hide them here:

Hi, I found that admin operations such as listing/unlisting a topic or changing its category are considered as a new reply to the topic. Then this topic would appear under the Latest tab even though there are no REAL replies to the discussion. [image] Is that reasonable? I don’t think visitors to the forum care about these admin operations.
