Yeah, you @pfaffman and @Jagster , finally proved fully right. And it WAS the funds problem, which now got resolved!!
Though, as a sitenote, I’d call it Open-Ai.com’s interface highly confusing. Because (see the SS) it was (also) meaning as if my earlier credits were shown as expired but I had spent $0 out of $120 permitted, and, one would think that, since my credit card was properly added/onboarded, and set up to auto-topup my ai account whenever needed, it was clearly giving the msg that no hurdle being present by AI.
But your final screenshot made me think again and prodded me to try to manually topup my balance, which I did.
And finally, for anyone coming to this thread, needing to see like what open-ai dashboard looks, when all is working ok:
