Agregamos el siguiente código Javascript como un nuevo componente temático antes de la etiqueta </body y autorizamos el dominio para habilitar la funcionalidad de chat en vivo:

Sin embargo, el ícono de chat no aparece usando el código javascript. (está funcionando en una instancia de WordPress).
¿Me perdí algún paso para habilitar este script externo?
