I am unable to reproduce this.
Is this on an android emulator? My keyboard looks slightly different from yours, I am on a Pixel 10 Pro running Android 17.0 (emulator). My dismiss keyboard button is in a different spot, but no matter how I dismiss it I can’t reproduce the jittering.
