Reproducible steps:

Go to a topic that has the 文A button, like Admin-Hinweise nach letztem Update (this URL includes the safe mode flags
but you need to refresh the page for them to take effect) -
Tap on the “languages I use” input box

While the select menu is open, scroll down to make the input box as close to the top of the whole “Content language preferences” box as possible

Dismiss the keyboard

From then on, if you tap on the input box (the one that says “Search…”) again, the keyboard jitters: appears and quickly disappears
