Keep code formatting in browser reading mode

Hello,

Is any way to keep code formatting (put in triple back quotes) when users switch their browser into reading mode? Some our forum members reported that they prefer reading mode when they surf the forum, but they would like to keep code blocks formatted.

Probably there is a CSS solution, does somebody already uses it and can share this here?

Thanks,
Ivan

I highly doubt “reading mode” is going to work well with Discourse, we certainly would not recommend it, so this is a problem in search of… more problems

Reading mode is really intended for standard magazine / news / blog articles, not interactive forums.

@codinghorror thanks for your answer! I’d like to stop thinking about reading mode for Discourse now
