Late bounce messages when users reply to to direct messages via email

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Mail provider is Railgun. I didn’t find any relevant Admin settings.

Inbound email support is one of the more complicated things to configure for self hosters.

If you are hosted by Discourse we take care of all of this for you, but as a self hosted site it is a big challenge to both setup and keep running.

Hey Robert. I can’t remember just how your site got set up. I usually install the mail receiver and configure incoming mail (except for the “lite” install). Send me an email and I’ll take a look on Monday.
