I have a big problem. Letters are not sent. I have tried sending via ./discourse-doctor. If you send it this way, then the letter only reaches the Administrator’s Email. If you send to another email, nothing comes up.

It sounds lke you haven’t validated your account so your email service will send email only to the email associated with the account.
