Links in group "About" descriptions do not work on the /groups page

Links in group “About” descriptions do not work from the /g groups page.

Steps to replicate:

1. Edit an existing group and add a link to the “About” description:

2. View the /g groups page and click on your link:

What happens:

• You are taken to https://example.com/g/group-name

What should happen:

• You should be taken to the link you clicked on
