Looking for a developer to add features / fix the shadowban plugin

I know this isn’t popular among some of the community but we have a legit need for a proper shadownban plugin to save much headaches with my staffs time and some very abusive forum members.

There is an existing plugin out there but I need it to work again and add a few new features.

What would you like done?

Have you searched lately? I thought that there was something that did most of the job. Oops, you say that it’s broken.

But maybe you want to just mute some user for all users?
