What would you like done? Need developer help to set up a new community of investors who can share (via pdf attachment) investment opportunities amongst themselves.

When do you need it done? I am ready to get get going on this.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task? Would like to start small ($500-$1000) and add features over time as community builds.
