Membership system that allows users to join the private forum by submitting a request.
When do you need it done?
There’s no rush, but I guess one month is an acceptable waiting time.

I have a 100% private forum, but there is a post that I can make public so that anyone anonymous can read it. This post lists the requirements for joining, and users must fill out a form (embedded in the public post) with their information. This is the best solution I could come up with for my case, but if the developer has a better idea, I’m ready to hear it.
The form must support input or control fields (some of which are optional and others mandatory), and each field must support configurable titles and descriptions, and most importantly, it must support image uploads.
Then, in my Administrator dashboard, I should be able to verify each request submitted, and within it, I should be able to see the information and images that each user has submitted. I should be able to export all requests to .csv or .xlsx, and in each request I am reviewing, there should be a button that allows me to send an email to the user with the invitation link to join the forum, or to send them a personalized message indicating that the fields filled in are incorrect or whatever indicates that it was rejected, the email address is obviously sent by the user when they fill out the form.
The invitation link must be configurable. In some cases, membership is temporary, in others it lasts for months, and in others it is indefinite. Membership must specify a field that allows us to identify the type of user. When the user completes their registration, a default post must be displayed. In particular, this already works in Discourse, but there must be a general default configuration for how invitation links will work for users who have submitted a request, and then in each request it must be possible to customize the default configuration of the invitation links.
