Microsoft Edge non rende correttamente la pagina dopo aver cambiato il tema nelle impostazioni utente

I can’t find any information about this, and perhaps I’m doing something wrong and this is not a bug but a config issue.

I go to my user preferences page, click on interface, and select a different theme.
Then the layout looks broken, like it’s not loading the css.
Console says: SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch
I’m using the standard Docker container.

Any advice appreciated.

I cannot repro this with Meta on Edge. @discourseuser100, are you able to reproduce this on either meta.discourse.org or try.discourse.org?

Then it’s something specific to your site, or your theme.

I thought it might be something to do with a custom theme, so I’ve just tested with the default unchanged Light and Dark themes, and it’s doing the same thing.
Nothing else unusual except the Alternative Logos component, but this is not being used by the default themes.
I’m not sure what to check next.

it’s like the browser is trying to load something and Edge is returning an error page.

Sto riscontrando lo stesso comportamento.

  • Solo con Edge.
  • Stesso avviso nella console:
    SEC7113: Il CSS è stato ignorato a causa di un conflitto di tipo MIME.
  • Dopo aver scelto il nuovo tema dal menu a tendina, c’è un breve ritardo, poi avviene un ricaricamento e tutto si rompe. Dopo un ricaricamento, tutto torna a funzionare. Se riesci a fare clic su Salva prima che il ricaricamento abbia effetto, avrai il tuo nuovo tema.

Usiamo i temi standard con opzioni Hell, Dark e Light, e con DiscoTOC. La nostra versione è 2.4.0.beta10.
I nostri utenti non possono modificare il proprio indirizzo email. Non possono scegliere la propria lingua. Il periodo per la modifica del nome utente è impostato su 0. Gli utenti non possono impostare il proprio gruppo principale. Non possono attivare la modalità mailing list.

Questo è stato segnalato da un utente e possiamo riprodurre il comportamento.

Dato che tutto funziona correttamente dopo un ricaricamento, sicuramente non è urgente :wink:

Ci sono diversi modi per aggiornare Microsoft Edge.

  1. Aggiornalo tramite Windows Update
  2. Scarica l’ultima versione tramite il link che ho inserito nel mio post precedente

finalmente ho trovato il tempo per l’aggiornamento (doveva essere l’installazione manuale, l’aggiornamento ha portato solo una build più recente della vecchia Edge):
