Bonjour. J’ai un dump d’une ancienne application de forum que je souhaite migrer vers Discourse. Quelle est la meilleure méthode pour le faire ? Dois-je créer un plugin à cet effet ou utiliser l’API pour créer de nouveaux messages ? Je dois que la date soit exactement la même que dans le fichier dump pour chaque message.

You don’t mention what software you’ve been using. Every importer migrates the original date of the posts, so that part is easy.
Searching “your forum howto” will find instructions if there are any, and the link above will get you to all of the importers.
