こんにちは。古いフォーラムアプリケーションのダンプを Discourse に移行したいと考えています。最適な方法はどのようなものでしょうか？プラグインを作成すべきでしょうか、それとも API を使って新しい投稿を作成するべきでしょうか？各投稿の日付は、ダンプファイルのものと完全に一致させる必要があります。

You don’t mention what software you’ve been using. Every importer migrates the original date of the posts, so that part is easy.

Searching “your forum howto” will find instructions if there are any, and the link above will get you to all of the importers.
