Emojis ausentes na mensagem de boas-vindas do Discobot no Communiteq

A mensagem de boas-vindas do Discobot está com alguns emojis/imagens faltando (estou anexando uma captura de tela para mostrar o que quero dizer). Não tenho certeza do que deu errado. Alguém poderia esclarecer como posso corrigir isso?

What’s the URL path to the emoji images if you right click them? This implies your Discourse isn’t quite set up right.

Are you hosted with [Communiteq](https://www.communiteq.com) (formerly DiscourseHosting)? If you are, you should contact them about this I think?

So I asked Communiteq (formerly DiscourseHosting).net, and this was their reply:

This is a quirk in our deployment. It only happens with the very first message sent by Discobot. Subsequent messages will be ok.
