Moderator attention plugin prevents moderators from logging in

After latest Discourse upgrade to version (964945a11f) there is an issue with Moderator attention plugin, which prevents only moderators from logging in (loading page shows colored dots in perpetuity).

All other users are unaffected. Disabling the plugin and rebuilding fixes the problem.

I think the plugin was archived

That’s different from it being properly deprecated, like emptying the plugin.rb and having it show a warning that it should be deinstalled…
