Hi.It is currently impossible to distinguish a single reply in a topic from a reply to a user. I propose to make some small changes to the user interface to distinguish the response in the topic from the response to the user. For example, how it is done in nodebb
There are a few admin settings that offer some customisability for how replies are displayed. The default behaviour is to allow proximity to define context and ‘follow-on’, so the ‘in reply to’ visuals are suppressed in those cases to reduce a bit of noise, but you could have a tweak of these and see if you prefer the results?
