Déplacer l'élément "Filtre" de la barre latérale hors du sous-menu "Plus" ?

Hi there, here on Discourse Meta the “Filter” menu appears in the top level sidebar menu, whereas the “Invite” button is under the “More” submenu. On my forum it’s the other way around. How would I change that?

Clicking that gives you the option to switch links between main and more section. (as an admin)
