Not sure if this is the correct behaviour, but when moving posts to an existing topic do the posts “blend” together by date or do all the posts that are “merged in” appear at the bottom and dates are ignored.
I moved posts with older dates (20 day ago) to an existing topic with existing posts (many are 10 days ago), but the older dated posts appear that the bottom and the date order is being ignored. Can this be fixed?

I believe that is expected behaviour. If they interspersed throughout the topic based on date they’d break the flow of conversation.
Yes, and also both approaches (randomly mix dates vs. append) have their downsides so there is no perfect solution here regardless.

primero que nada: ¡Feliz año nuevo a todos y que mantengamos el espíritu de Discourse durante la próxima década!
Acabamos de mover algunos mensajes del tema [1] a un tema recién creado en [2] en nuestro foro y descubrimos que el orden de los mensajes estaba completamente invertido. Por lo que sé, es la primera vez que nos ocurre algo así. Normalmente, todos los mensajes seleccionados se adjuntan al nuevo tema en el mismo orden en que estaban listados antes.
¿Alguien tiene alguna idea de por qué nos ha ocurrido esto? Estamos ejecutando la versión 2.4.0.beta8.

Los posts movidos conservaron sus fechas. Ese tema se creó en nov’18 y esos posts que moviste se hicieron en abril. Y siguen conservando sus fechas como se esperaba.
Eso es cierto. Probablemente, ya se habían movido a este tema el otro día.
Aunque esto pueda ser cierto, definitivamente aparecieron en orden inverso después de moverlas a https://community.hiveeyes.org/t/entwicklung-von-phenodata/2891 (ahora eliminado). He seleccionado manualmente cada publicación individual en el orden correcto dentro de »phenodata« - Ein Toolkit zur Beschaffung und Verarbeitung von Open-Access Phänologiedaten - Umweltdatenquellen - Hiveeyes ahora.
Pequeña actualización para esto: ahora puedes elegir ordenar todas las publicaciones combinadas por fecha al fusionar.
