While this plug-in is frozen, it’s worth noting that the newer Discourse versions allow for localization of categories names/descriptions, as well as singular topic localizations as a base Discourse feature, including manually c:
As such, it’s understandable that this plug-in is no longer supported, as the features brought by it are now available by default in Discourse
