Can I assign different ip to each forum so that google/inquisitive eyes do not know that they are related to each other?
Yes. If the server has multiple ips (or you use something like a digitalocean elastic ip) you could do that.

إذا كنت تعرف كيفية تشغيل وكيل عكسي (reverse proxy) ويمكنك اتباع إعداد Discourse على خادم مع مواقع Apache موجودة. هناك موضوع مشابه لمواقع NGINX.
