The new TLD .community and probably others don’t generate a mailto: URI in posts. E.g.: foo@bar.community vs. foo@bar.net
Not a bug. We only auto-linkify certain TLDs by default. See the markdown linkify tlds site setting. You can add additional TLDs to that list if you want them to be linked automatically.
