New topic blue dot placement

Hello,
When there is a new topic and you look in ‘new’ the dots in my opinion should be aligned all the same. When it goes to the left it looks messy.

In long title cases the title should be

this is an example ti…

I think we’re already doing something to prevent it from wrapping onto its own line on desktop, so I can do something similar for mobile too.

We were missing an additional wrapping span on mobile that was necessary for the previous fix made on desktop to work.
