I occasionally see something like this in my moderator inbox:

I believe that these were flagged as “Something else” and I think that is creating messages to moderators that evade the flag message supperession in the new user tutorial.

It would be nice if those messages could be suppressed while users are going through the tutorial flow.

Obviously this is something that many folks trip up on during the tutorial — it’s happened four times in the last 10 days on our site — and the discussions here show folks had been getting stuck prior to the fix.
