This topic can be closed/deleted. I fixed it by following Advanced Setup Only: Allowing SSL / HTTPS for your Discourse Docker setup but using Let’s Encrypt instead and setting my SSL to Full (instead of flexible) in the Cloudflare dashboard. Thanks!
