The "Tag Groups Form" component was using group names to handle permissions. Thi… s works just fine when the default locale is "English" but breaks as soon as it's changed to a different locale.
The fix is to use the group id's for handling the permissions instead of the group name.

Stavamo utilizzando i nomi dei gruppi per gestire la mappatura delle autorizzazioni, il che ovviamente non funzionerà una volta utilizzato un locale diverso o sovrascritti i nomi dei gruppi.
Potrebbe anche essere simile a Built-in groups localization inconsistency .
