Not Found when RSVP'ing to Event

When users try to RSVP for our event there is a pop-up stating Not Found, but the RSVP still collects. I don’t believe any information is missing.

I can’t reproduce it. Can you provide more detailed information, such as a list of plugins installed on the site, the site’s logs (at https://example.com/logs), and under what circumstances this error occurs?
