Yes, we’ve been discussing this internally and I just added support for group_messages:GROUPNAME in FEATURE: Add `group_messages:` keyword to advanced search (#16584) · discourse/discourse@b266a36 · GitHub. It’s already deployed here on meta.
(group:GROUPNAME already exists, and it targets regular non-PM topics associated with a group.)
