あるカテゴリでトップトピックを閲覧できないユーザーが1人

For some reason, this user can see all topics in Discourse, except one that is the top listed topic under a certain category. I needed to give him the direct URL to that topic for him to see it.

This happened suddenly. Before that, he could see the topic.

Any idea how this could be? Everybody else can see the topic.

Did he mute the topic in the topic controls?
