Only allow Admins and Moderators to mark topics as Solved

Is there a way to only allow Admins and Moderators to mark topics as solved? I don’t wan’t users to mark their own answers as solution.

これは、accept solutions topic author 管理設定を切り替えることで実現できるようになりました。
