Create Zapier Webhook which does the following:

  1. Sends out automated Forum Invite to email address based on Zapier trigger
  2. Puts user into a specific group

Is the problem you’re solving that you want to invite new users to join your forum and be placed in a particular group? If so, that’s built in and you don’t need Zapier.
