Quando o Perspective Plugin está ativado e você clica no botão “Criar Tópico” enquanto erros são exibidos, o botão trava (como esperado)…
…e então você continua editando a postagem no editor para corrigir os erros…
…o botão “Criar Tópico” não des trava mais, e você não consegue enviar a postagem ou responder. Apenas um recarregamento com Shift traz o botão de volta ao estado funcional neste caso.

Ao desativar o plugin, tudo funciona normalmente, ou seja, o botão des trava automaticamente ao editar.

Previously, we disabled the submit button and did an early return if the `compos… er.cantSubmitPost` was true. Because of this, we never enabled it again, even if the user fixed the errors.
With this commit, we'll only disable the submit button if the user can submit the post. Otherwise, we'll just bump the `lastValidatedAt` attribute and return.
