Hello everyone,

Would it be possible to globally pin a posted topic for x hours in a specific category, automatically?

Usage case: we’re using a specific Discourse category where we publish the latest WordPress posts published by that day automatically in a topic. We would like to set globally pin this topic for 24 hours. We would like to have this done for every topic posted in that category for 24 hours.

Would that be possible?

We’d also find it useful to auto-pin a topic post for when we run a “30 Days Challenge” – each day we post a challenge as a new topic post.

Has there been progress on this - as this would be useful for us

We have an Announcements category which we’d like any topic posted to it to pin globally (at the top of the latest list) for x days
