Plugin to add noindex to categories and their topics

I’m not sure if this is the right place, but if it is, you can move it to the appropriate section (and forgive me).

I’ve created a plugin that allows you to add noindex to categories and the topics within those categories.

The best place for plugins is the Customization > Plugin category. You need to join the @plugin_authors group to be allowed to post there.
