Plugin working locally But not in live

@sam TopicListItemSerializer is inherited class of ListableTopicSerializer. If I monkey patch ListableTopicSerializer it is not working on live version. Instead if I monkey patch TopicListItemSerializer it is working on both local and live. Weird
