Hi.
Show the results and stare at the pie chart for maybe 20-30 seconds and you might see the pie chart re-draw itself.
I’m using Discourse 2.4.0.beta10 and I tried on Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
I can make a video/gif if needed.

This is actually known. The poll results are re-rendered frequently, but the pie chart has an animation that makes it obvious/ugly.
I will remove that animation. It will make the initial draw a little less pretty but you will not see the re-render.

A commit to make the change mentioned above has been merged into master.
You can see here - Emojis don't render in polls with pie charts, that the pie chart does not have the animation anymore, so you cannot see it re-render.
