Noticed this today on try, confirmed that it occurs here on Meta as well. With very short topics (especially those without categories/tags), the post admin actions menu can overlap the header and be partially unusable. cc @awesomerobot

J’ai résolu ce problème en décalant légèrement le menu d’administration des publications uniquement pour l’auteur original (OP).
