PostgreSQL 15 update

On a couple of sites on old servers today, I’ve needed to do a

chown -R 101:104 /var/discourse/shared/standalone/postgres_*

I updated a site that hadn’t been updated in about a year and it went perfectly smoothly.

I’m pretty sure that multiple years and older Ubuntu versions (that had different user IDs) were involved.
