We are integrating Discourse in our app with API & SSO.

We manage groups from our app (users can leave groups from there), and hence we do not want users to leave groups from Discourse, otherwise we’ll have all kind of technical side effects since our apps still believes they are in…

Is it possible to suppress the possibility for a user to leave a group in the settings or do we have to create a plug in?

As long as this setting is unchecked then only the group owner or admin can remove the user
