Closing the loop on this – in excellent news, it would seem that WP Missed Schedule was the culprit. I’ve disabled it and I’m back in business.

Ich muss das zwar 5 Jahre später wieder aufgreifen, aber ich habe dasselbe Problem wie Hawk damals. Wenn ich einen Beitrag so einstelle, dass er in Discourse veröffentlicht wird, und ihn dann in WP für eine zukünftige Zeit plane, bleibt er nach dem Speichern nicht aktiviert. - Starte eine Bildschirmaufnahme.
- Öffne dein Wordpress-Admin-Panel und das Browser-Konsolenprotokoll.
- Erstelle einen Testbeitrag, wähle die Option „Veröffentlichen“.
- Plane ihn für einige Minuten später ein und klicke auf „Planen“.
- Sobald er geplant ist, aktualisiere einfach die Seite, um den Status der Beitragsdaten zu überprüfen (dies ist in der Praxis nicht notwendig, aber für die Zwecke des Videos).
- Warte, bis der Beitrag veröffentlicht ist.
- Beende die Bildschirmaufnahme.
Wenn du das Problem auf diese Weise reproduzieren könntest, könnte ich genau sehen, was dort vor sich geht. Wenn du es mir per PN schicken könntest.

I am definitely seeing this issue and have the steps to manually add the discourse permalink and post_id in the post custom fields segment. Not ideal for use since we have a lot of editors scheduling posts.
