This is different from the preview shown, and the traditional Discourse format.

lol… thanks for point out. We had the same issue. However, we do not have the national flags.. Now its a painful time to go through and figure out which plugin did this.
It’s an issue with our legacy post stream, the plugin is likely only holding back the new version from being used and not causing the problem directly.
Once this is merged updating Discourse will fix it
