My staging server hangs when I rebuild it. Previously it was working OK:
DEBUG -- : Delivering messages [] to client xxxxxxxx for user 1 (chunked)
What would this be?
That would be a debug message. Do you have the entire rebuild session log handy?

I think you are due for a full CLI rebuild…
cd /var/discourse
./launcher rebuild app

That’s what I was doing? 
Problem seems to have gone away. I did upgrade the RAM to 2Gb.
