Error en mostrar ' etiquetas opcionales' cuando las etiquetas son requeridas

This bug is back:

Displays 'optional tags' in categories which have minimum number of tags set - regression?

I ‘think’ this was reported and fixed previously, but it seems to be happening again. When a user is posting in a category which has a minumum number of tags set, it says ‘optional tags’ rather than ‘please choose a tag’.

It looks like this has regressed again (possibly due to select kit updates @j.jaffeux)?

1 tag is required, but the field says optional.
