Is there anyway to remove the category description from the dropdown when selecting a new category
You can hide it with css which you add to your theme

I only provided the link to a similar question. Lilly provided the code you use. You could add a like to the post with the code as a thank you instead of saying thank you to me
You can see the author in the onebox and it’s usually a good idea to visit a linked topic instead of only reading the onebox
