One of our community members wanted to remove some of his posts but got a message that max amount of removes has reached. How can i remove this own post removal max count? Is it a separate configuration?

You need to go into your forum settings and change:
max post deletions per day
It is default at 10 you may want to change it to 15 or whatever suits you.
